Operations Manager to lead all aspects of our Tulsa manufacturing facility, overseeing Engineering, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Environmental, Health & Safety.
In this highly visible leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and ensuring world-class performance across the plant. What You'll Do- Lead daily plant operations with full accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
- Develop and execute operational strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term business growth.
- Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and operational resources to maximize business results.
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and executive leadership to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing leadership team.
QualificationsWhat You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience.
- Proven success leading industrial manufacturing operations with responsibility for production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
- Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving profitability, and improving operational performance.
- Experience implementing Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence at every level of the organization.
