Johnson & Johnson is seeking a driven Operations Manager to lead critical MAKE and supply chain flow operations across two shifts in Bridgewater, MA.
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Purpose:
In this high-impact role, you will have direct ownership of a critical segment of the end-to-end supply chain, spanning inbound material flow to outbound distribution. You will play a key role in supporting multiple platforms (Joints, Trauma, Spine, Sports Medicine) and enabling the performance of a 24/5 manufacturing operation in Raynham.
This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and is motivated to improve flow, eliminate constraints, and deliver results. Your work will directly impact manufacturing continuity, customer delivery, and overall supply chain performance, while offering strong exposure and opportunity for growth.
Key Responsibilities:Lead two-shift operations across inbound receiving, warehousing, non-sterile packaging, post-sterile release, and outbound flow in a complex, multi-platform environment
Own end-to-end product flow ensuring on-time delivery to U.S. and OUS distribution centers and international sites
Serve as a critical supplier to Raynham Manufacturing, ensuring on time delivery of materials to support a 24/5 production operation
Drive cross-functional alignment with Receiving Inspection, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution to eliminate bottlenecks and improve throughput
Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams, building a culture of accountability, and ownership
Deliver results across safety, service, quality, cost, and people metrics in a fast-paced, constraint-driven environment
Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities aligned with JJPS and 6S to improve flow, reduce lead time, and increase efficiency
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven track record n manufacturing, operations, or supply chain
Experience leading teams in a multi-shift, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in medical device or regulated industries
Background in both manufacturing and distribution operations
Lean / Six Sigma or process excellence experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
