Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in employee leadership and development.
• Required production or distribution experience, preferably in the industrial gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and related processes.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards including FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA required.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes, and CU.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe plant operations while maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Schedule gas production to meet customer needs while managing inventory and raw materials.
• Drive productivity to enhance plant capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Supervise and support employee training and career development, fostering motivation and empowerment.
• Manage employee activities and conduct thorough accident investigations and reporting.
• Support product distribution and maintain professional relations with internal and external customers.
• Respond to emergencies and conduct monthly safety meetings, overseeing SOP implementation and asset monitoring.
