What you will enjoy doing*- In this role you will ensure plant operations are conducted safely and responsibly, maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies and Linde policies
- Schedule production of cylinder gases to meet customer requirements, maintaining stock levels and monitoring raw material deliveries
- Drive productivity to maximize plant capabilities and operational efficiency
- You will ensure proper appearance, image, and security of the facility and equipment and provide job training and support employee career development, supervising personnel fairly to foster motivation and empowerment
- You will anage employee activities, conduct thorough accident/incident investigations, and complete all required reports accurately
- Support distribution of products efficiently, interacting professionally with internal and external customers
- Respond to emergency calls and conduct monthly safety meetings, assisting in SOP implementation and monitoring asset usage
What makes you great - Bachelor's degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required
- You have at least three (3) years of experience leading and developing employees
- Production / distribution experience required; industrial gas industry or equivalent experience preferred for this role
- You possess in-depth knowledge of cylinder gases and processes of each
- You must be knowledgeable in all regulatory agencies including, but not limited to, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and EPA
- You are proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes and CU
