As an Operations Manager, are the senior accountable leader for a multi-site maintenance program, ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services while fostering strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement. This role supports FLINT's success by driving operational excellence, fostering strong client and vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and legislative standards.

What would you be doing?
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for maintenance operations across five Imperial Oil facilities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Imperial Oil leadership regarding maintenance service delivery and program performance.
  • Lead maintenance managers, superintendents, planners, schedulers, and support personnel to achieve safety, reliability, operational, and financial objectives.
  • Develop and execute annual operating plans, budgets, workforce strategies, and resource forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory obligations, and FLINT management systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety performance, productivity, quality of execution, and cost optimization.
  • Oversee maintenance, shutdown, turnaround, and small capital work execution across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators while implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal leadership teams.
