Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical equipment testing and inspection, focusing on high and low voltage applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an associate's degree preferred.
• NETA Certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in using Doble Power Factor Test and familiar with various testing equipment and result analysis.
• Demonstrated knowledge of electrical equipment, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
• Strong management and supervisory abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of safety compliance in previous roles.
• Hands-on experience with transformers, circuit breakers, switchgears, and relays.
• Familiarity with budgeting and profit/loss management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of field engineers and technicians.
• Engage with clients to understand their technical and scheduling needs.
• Support the Sales Manager in conducting annual reviews and onboarding new hires.
• Act as a secondary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met following initial sales contact.
• Ensure adherence to testing and safety protocols by field and office personnel.
• Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions with employees, clients, and suppliers.
• Deliver technical and safety training to office staff.
