Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead all operational aspects of the CSTS Division.
Oversee daily operations for confined space monitoring, atmospheric monitoring, communication systems, accountability systems, and other technology services.
Develop staffing plans and schedules to support customer projects throughout the Gulf Coast and other operating regions.
Coordinate technician assignments, mobilizations, demobilizations, and equipment deployment.
Review and approve employee timecards and payroll hours to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Monitor labor utilization, overtime, scheduling efficiency, and workforce productivity.
Ensure field personnel are properly trained, certified, and equipped before deployment.
