Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in chemical cleaning, water filtration, or specialty mechanical services.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time as required.
• Relevant certifications and licenses may be required and are company-paid for.
• Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is prioritized by adhering to all safe work practices and policies.
• Manage and coordinate Health and Safety oversight for Clean Harbors and HPC employees.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower for operational efficiency.
• Develop and measure against operational and financial KPIs for performance monitoring.
• Establish processes for measuring and continuously improving personnel performance.
• Equip infrastructure and employees to ensure efficient business operations.
• Develop and ensure compliance with company and customer policies and procedures.
