Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $125,000-$175,000 Annually
Job description:
This Is Not a Desk Job. This Is a Leadership Position Built for Operators.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be in the trenches with your team - coaching, developing, holding accountability, solving problems, driving performance, and leading from the front.

What You Will Be Responsible For
• Full operational leadership of the branch/location
• Managing and owning the P&L
• Driving revenue growth and profitability
• Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics daily
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing top talent
• Leading sales performance and coaching teams in the field
• Maintaining operational efficiency and accountability
• Managing budgets, labor, and departmental performance
• Building culture and retaining high performers
• Ensuring an elite customer experience
• Creating structure, discipline, and execution across departments
