Our Service Operations Manager provides leadership for the daily operations of our Service, Parts, and support departments. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the dealership delivers the exceptional ownership experience Bretz RV & Marine is known for. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and improving processes while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and profitability.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the RV & Marine Service, Parts, and support departments
- Ensure efficient scheduling and utilization of technicians and service advisors
- Monitor warranty claims, service requests, and customer escalations
- Implement best practices for service and repair procedures to improve efficiency and consistency
- Maintain inventory control for the Parts and Service departments
- Work closely with Sales and Finance teams to support customer satisfaction and dealership growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Other duties as assigned

Schedule:- Full time
- Monday through Friday | Aligns with business hours
- 1 hour lunch
- Overtime and weekends as needed
Education and/or Experience- Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience within the RV, Marine, Automotive, or Powersports industries
- Strong leadership experience managing multiple departments
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability
- Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), inventory control, and scheduling software
- Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees
- Knowledge of RV and Marine industry regulations, warranty administration, and service operations
- Experience developing and managing operating budgets and financial performance metrics
- Strong understanding of service department workflow and dealership operations
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating with suppliers preferred
Physical Requirements:- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and inspect RVs and boats as needed
- Ability to climb ladders and safely inspect larger units
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation- $95,000 to $105,000 annually DOE
