Genesis Hotel Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of a commercial construction office. We are looking for an intelligent, organized, and accountable professional who understands commercial construction and can take ownership of office operations, project coordination, and administrative processes.
What You'll Do - Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations for a commercial construction office
- Support project teams and ensure projects, documentation, and administrative processes stay organized
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, and deadlines across multiple projects
- Maintain accurate project and operational documentation
- Assist with construction project coordination and workflow management
- Communicate with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Identify operational issues and take ownership of getting them resolved
- Help improve processes, organization, and efficiency throughout the office
- Provide leadership and support to ensure projects and operational priorities remain on track
What We're Looking For - Strong commercial construction experience is required
- Previous experience running or helping run a commercial construction office
- Experience in a project coordinator, project manager, construction operations, or similar role
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
- Proficient with construction-related software and office technology
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
