What You'll Do Here:
  • Accountable for the financial and operational performance of assigned regions, including business planning, budgeting, and profitability
  • Develop and execute bidding and pricing strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction in alignment with corporate and divisional objectives
  • Monitor regional performance and report financial results, risks, workload, and opportunities to senior leadership
  • Oversee project execution and resolve contractual, operational, and legal issues
  • Lead, develop, and mentor management teams, including succession and workforce planning
  • Approve expenditures, proposal pricing, and purchases within delegated authority
  • Manage regional budgets and prepare monthly financial performance reports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and union representatives
  • Lead contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and stakeholder communications
  • Supervise Superintendents and field operations across designated regions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements


What You Bring to the Team:
  • College or University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience within the Utility Contracting, Civil Construction, and Power/Electrical Infrastructure industry
  • Strong project management expertise with knowledge of underground, overhead distribution, civil, and electrical projects
  • Demonstrated success managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance of a business unit
  • Strong project controls experience, including cost management, scheduling, risk assessment, forecasting, and reporting
  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Skilled coach and mentor with a passion for employee development, succession planning, and talent growth
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; recognized as a people-focused leader
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing clients, subcontractors, suppliers, unions, and other key stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive operational excellence
  • Results-oriented leader with a focus on safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proficient in financial analysis, project reporting, contract administration, and operational planning


Salary Range & Benefits

The expected pay range for this role is $85.00 - $100.00 per hour.

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
