Full Job Description
Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid in Inglewood, CA 90302 with 2 days/week at the office

Objective/Purpose:
We are currently looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for being the first point of
contact for any questions within the operations department and manage all customer related inquiries.

This role will spend a large amount of their time working with the team directly on customer inquiries to
ensure that we are continuously solving and enhancing the customer experience, as well as ensuring we
are delivering customer orders on time and in-full. Supply Chain Management is a central part of the
operations department and candidates should have at least 5 years of direct experience in this discipline.

Candidates should be able to show a high degree of customer and relationship management as they will
handle customer escalations within the Operations department. A large amount of cross-functional work
will be done between our Customer Service and Sales teams on this point. Team management will be
done through monitoring and reporting on team performance. Process improvement will be a central
objective in identifying and ensuring team execution in these areas. This position is responsible for
ensuring that we meet our department goals and KPIs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure all outbound orders are shipped on a timely basis. No late orders where inventory is fully
allocated.
• Daily review of inventory availability and ensuring customer orders are allocated and being
shipped out quickly and accurately.
• Oversee and help execute the goals of our supply chain team around inbound containers, sea
freight vendor management, demand and supply planning.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
• Communicate with a sense of urgency to our warehouse and management team.
• Works quickly and efficiently on any task.
• Assist in updating appropriate operational SOPs.
• Meet our Inbox 0 KPI where we respond to all inquiries by the end of the day.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to operations.
• Ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
• High level of order auditing to ensure goals and objectives are met.
• Continuous improvement recognition of current processes to ensure constant efficiencies are
being brought to the position.

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in an operational role and at least 3 years in a management role at a
company of similar size.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with an extra emphasis on spelling and
grammar, are of the utmost importance.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in general business operations and firm understanding of finance, accounting, supply
chain management, sales, and planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports with actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
• Technically Proficient/Experience with Google's suite of tools, NetSuite, Notion, Slack, Gorgias,
Aircall, DispatchTrack or similar tools.
• Team player with a strong positive attitude.
• Be a creative problem solver that is the internal champion for our customers.
