Operations Lead - Imaging

We are currently seeking an Operations Lead to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Operations Lead at ICON, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective in supporting clinical research initiatives. Your leadership and strategic insight will be essential in driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Leading and managing operational teams to ensure timely and successful execution of clinical trials and research projects.
  • Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize workflows.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in all operational activities.
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business administration, or a related area; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a clinical research environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving operational goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
