Job Requirements What You Will Do:- Bridge the gap between engineering and shop-floor execution by leading cross functional teams
- Provide NPI leadership for transition to production and new product introduction phases, ensuring designs are optimized for SFM/SFA
- Track milestones; develop, maintain, and execute program schedules
- Mitigate risk; proactively identify bottlenecks, supply chain constraints, or technical risks and implement robust contingency plans
- Drive production costs down by analyzing BOM costs, labor hours, and scrap rates to meet target margins and secure adequate capacity planning
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets
- Lead continuous improvement following Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies
- Lead RCA with cross-functional teams for production line-down situations utilizing structured problem solving such as 8D and 5 Whys
What You Will Bring:- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, Operations Management, or related technical discipline
- An MBA or Master's in Engineering Management is highly desirable
- 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 3 years explicitly in program/project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management Tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet), ERP/MRP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, etc., and Project Lifecycle Management software
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed corporate structure
- Ability to distill complex technical hurdles to clear executive summaries
Pay Range: $100,000- $130,000 per year

Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in
Farmington, CT.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required.
