Full Job Description
OPERATIONS INTEGRATION SPECIALIST to join our team in QUANTICO, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute MCWL-hosted events, meetings, experiments, wargames, and operational engagements across Wargaming, Experimentation, and Science & Technology (S&T) domains.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact during events and engagements, managing logistics, access coordination, security requirements, materials, vendors (as applicable), and time-sensitive operational requests.
  • Facilitate cross-staff communication and integration across all MCWL divisions, coordinating visit authorizations, access control, facility scheduling, and security integration for classified and unclassified engagements.
  • Oversee on-site staff and event execution activities, including task assignment, protocol adherence, real-time issue resolution, and setup and breakdown of event and meeting spaces.
  • Support post-event and post-engagement reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination to capture lessons learned, ensure institutional continuity, and maintain clear information flow between internal and external participants.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience coordinating or managing complex events, meetings, or operational engagements, preferably with military or government clients.
  • Demonstrated success leading the on-the-ground execution of large-scale or high-profile events, meetings, or mission-critical operational engagements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic, time-sensitive environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate small teams during time-sensitive operations.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field, or equivalent operational experience
  • Experience with DoD event, meeting, and engagement protocol and coordination requirements
  • Demonstrated experience operating in classified (SCI/SAP) environments and supporting security-driven operational requirements
  • Ability to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting templates, and repeatable execution frameworks for events and engagements


Clearance Requirements:

  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able and willing to perform occasional manual labor and warehouse duties, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.


The projected compensation range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,600.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
