Position SummaryThe Operations & Finance Data Analytics Manager will lead the development, delivery, and support of enterprise reporting, dashboards, and automation solutions. This role oversees Power BI, Tableau, data wrangling, and AI-driven automation initiatives that improve decision-making and operational efficiency across the I&M Organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain dashboards and data models in Power BI and Tableau.
- Build and manage automated workflows using AI and automation tools.
- Oversee data preparation, transformation, and quality processes.
- Partner with I&M Operations and functional units to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Establish best practices for data governance, visualization standards, and automation workflows.
- Support self-service analytics and train users on BI tools.
RequirementsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, IT, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI development, or automation.
- Strong skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data wrangling.
- Experience with AI automation tools (Power Automate, Claude, Copilot, or similar).
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and communicate with stakeholders.
