OPEX Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Lean/Six Sigma roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-site continuous improvement events and kaizen workshops.
- Coach leaders and teams on structured problem-solving tools and methodologies.
Performance Improvement & Measurement
- Partner with operations and quality to prioritize improvement projects based on impact and feasibility.
- Track and report OPEX impact, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.
- Drive cultural adoption of continuous improvement principles across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CI/OPEX leadership roles.
- Proven success delivering measurable improvements in operational performance.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Experience in multi-site operational environments.
- Background in digital enablement and automation initiatives.
