Operations Excellence Business PartnerAs an Operations Excellence Business Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, streamline workflows, and drive a culture of operations excellence throughout the organization.
Location & Travel:
This position is remote based and can be located anywhere in the continental US. Up to 50% travel expected.
Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 annually, plus a 30% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate's experience.
Primary Job Accountabilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather input, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead or support cross-functional teams in implementing process changes and monitoring progress towards operational goals.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to drive operational excellence initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and identify further optimization opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on best practices for process improvement and operational excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for operational challenges.
- Develop collaborative and supportive relationships with internal business partners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of direct or indirect leadership of people or process
- Proven experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen preferred.
- Must have the ability to develop people and build effective teams.
- Has the ability to develop successful strategic initiatives and gain approval for some from Executive Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Multi-location management
- Salesforce experience
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant professional certifications.
