About the Role

MatX is seeking an organized, self-starting Operations Coordinator to support business development. You'll manage scheduling, prepare research ahead of meetings, and make sure commitments to partners and vendors are kept. You'll also take on projects across the company related to business operations, e.g helping facilities evaluate a new space, working with recruiting to get promising candidates seen quickly, or making sure an important vendor bill gets paid by giving finance the context to act.

Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling across internal teams and external partners and vendors
  • Triage inbound communications and draft follow-ups, recaps, and routine correspondence
  • Research companies and people ahead of meetings, and pull together relevant history and goals
  • Track action items to completion, coordinating with other teams and giving them the context they need to act
  • Handle travel arrangements and expenses
  • Coordinate logistics for visitors, events, and offsites
  • Drive special projects that need an owner

Compensation

The US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job related skills, and relevant education and training. Career length is only a guideline for compensation.
  • Early Career - $120,000 - $155,000 + equity
  • Mid Career - $150,000 - $175,000 + equity
