Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Bangor, ME
Pay Scale: $81,000/ Annual Salary
Job Overview: As the Branch Manager for our Louisville location, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory and logistics, and ensure that our facility operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution logistics.
- Lead, train, and develop branch staff to foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.
- Drive local sales initiatives and build lasting relationships with customers in the Louisville market.
- Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage branch P&L, control operational expenses, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Champion our battery recycling program and renewable solutions within the local community.
Requirements:- 3+ years of management experience in wholesale distribution, warehousing, or route-based sales.
- 1+ years of sit down forklift experience
- Proven track record of leading a team and managing profit & loss (P&L).
- Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Background in the automotive, battery, or parts industry is a strong plus.
