DPR Construction is seeking anOperations Auditorwith at least5+ yearsinconstruction job cost accountingexperience. TheOperations Auditorwillbe responsible forthe managementand coordinationof multipleexternalprojectaudits.The successful candidate willwork closely withinternalproject teamsand externalauditfirmsand report torespective stakeholders.The Operations auditor willberesponsible for:

  • Processingcomplex information from various sources.

  • Evaluate,reviewand analyzedata using objective criteria.

  • Seeksexpertiseto discern and compare information to clarify an auditfinding.

  • Usesmultiple methods and channels to collect information.

  • Excellent listeningandcommunicationskills.

  • Ability toidentifyand resolve complex issues.

  • Collaborate with internal and external parties for reporting.

  • Identifyand report risks to project stakeholders.

We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple demanding projects while producing quality work and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate willpossess:

  • Familiarity withstandard AIA construction agreements.

  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office SuiteandCMiC.

  • A strong work ethic and a 2can-do2 attitude.

  • Bachelors degreeor CCIFPa plus but notrequired.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$80,000.00- $120,000.00
