Operations & Maintenance LeadPosition Overview Type: Full-Time
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Clearance: Active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance required.
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required
Essential Functions- Supervises and leads day-to-day facility operations and maintenance for a DoD continuous-operations facility.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates all functions of the designated task order to meet contract performance requirements and objectives.
- Manages cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring expenditures remain within the task order budget.
- Ensures adequate 24/7/365 staffing to operate and maintain critical facility systems.
- Oversees proactive and reactive repairs to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Maintains authoritative knowledge of all facility systems, including physical layouts, drawings, analyses, incident reporting, facility services, and records.
Required Education and Experience- Education: BA/BS; AA/AS; or High School Diploma (or GED)
- Experience: 10 years total, with general experience including 6 years directly related experience and 3 years in management or leadership roles.
- Certifications: Position-specific certification(s) may be required; years of experience can be supplemented for degrees.
- Additional: Must support 24/7/365 continuous mission operations and be available for on-call support during nights, weekends, and holidays as required by mission needs, as this is a continuous 24/7/365 operational facility for the DoD customer.

Salary range: $105,000 - $140,000
