Description & Requirements

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations and Delivery Lead to join our team in support of Strategic Pursuits Group (SPG) operations. In this role, you will work with a seasoned team developing responses to high-value GSA AAS FEDSIM bids and strategic opportunities to protect our national security while managing day-to-day operations across the enterprise.

This is a hybrid position in Herndon, VA and will require onsite presence on an as needed basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Manage SPG pipeline planning by ensuring the health of pipeline entries and potential opportunities in alignment with the MANTECH Strategic Plan, including updating GCS and identifying milestones with lead Solution Architects.
  • Coordinate SPG resource scheduling by aligning available personnel against multiple delivery milestones, special projects, capture needs, and external teaming requirements.
  • Lead coordination with enterprise components across MANTECH to align activities with growth priorities and ensure points of contact are aligned on delivery strategy from initial concept to post-delivery support.
  • Identify data and open-source information to perform sourcing and analysis of business operations, building campaign packages and identifying artifacts to enhance responses for opportunity selection.
  • Support all phases of operations across identification, capture, pursuit, and delivery components, assisting senior leadership with selecting resources to execute tasks against delivery timelines.
  • Support orals planning, travel, practice, and delivery by providing planning, coordination, and on-site assistance for presentations supporting the approved pipeline.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years supporting business operations and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with resource and budget planning, as well as managing multiple stakeholders toward unified goals.
  • Strong domain knowledge of internal Bid Board processes, Bid and Proposal (B&P) actions, and planning and budget cycles.
  • Must have familiarity with the GSA AAS proposal process
  • Hands-on experience with resource allocation and Salesforce (GCS) tracking tools.
  • Proven track record of ensuring clear communication, planning, and coordination to deliver solutions for complex multi-billion dollar opportunities.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Willingness and ability to travel in support of customer delivery activities and presentation sessions.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams in high-tempo pursuit environments.
  • Familiarity with federal procurement processes, specifically GSA AAS FEDSIM opportunity structures.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $156,800.00-$281,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
