The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Operational Insights Data Analyst to support Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF401), by capturing, analyzing, and disseminating critical insights derived from exercises, training events, assessments, and real-world operations. The analyst will identify operational trends, capability gaps, and best practices within the context of JIATF401’s mission and objectives. This role is pivotal in developing actionable recommendations to enhance organizational readiness, planning, and mission execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of exercises, training events, assessments, and real-world operations identifying key operational insights.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and leadership to gather data and feedback, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of operational challenges and successes.
  • Develop detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations tailored to mission and objectives, highlighting operational trends, capability gaps, and best practices.
  • Facilitate sessions with JIATF401 personnel to share operational insights, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure the integration of operational insights into JIATF401’s future planning, training curricula, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain currency on advancements in military operations, technology, and threat landscapes, informing the analysis and dissemination of operational insights.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including interagency partners and coalition forces, to share and incorporate operational insights that enhance interoperability and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to brief senior military leadership and operational teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of military operations, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Familiarity with joint and interagency operations, coalition dynamics, and the integration of operational insights across diverse operational contexts.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
