The position partners with Field Service, Project Management, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Analytics to convert real world execution challenges into standardized, repeatable cost reduction solutions across the outage lifecycle.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Perform root-cause analysis and data-quality exceptions, including missing accounting documents, and transmission failures.
  • Create and maintain automated notifications, exception reporting, and data-quality controls for incorrect, missing, or inconsistent order, PO, billing, and financial fields before they impact reporting, invoicing, or leadership decisions.
  • Translate field experience and data insights into scalable operational improvements, standardized controls, and practical corrective actions for Field Service and district teams.
  • Engage directly with cross-functional stakeholders to capture improvement opportunities and convert them into clear business requirements, process changes, and measurable outcomes.
  • Support pilots, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, adoption, and sustainment of cost-out, dashboard, automation, and process-standardization initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, business administration, engineering, finance, data analytics, IT solutions, or a related field; 8+ years' equivalent industry experience.

  • Knowledge of customer value and market drivers that influence the transformation of data into strategic stories and views is a must.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to partner across Field Service, Project Management, Finance, District leadership, Tooling, Supply Chain, and IT / Analytics stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
