Operation Superintendent West (full time)

A Distribution Supervisor plays a critical role in leading and supporting a team of drivers with a hands-on leadership approach. This position requires building strong working relationships through open and respectful communication regarding performance, attendance, and behavior. The supervisor ensures that daily operations are conducted safely, in full compliance with transport regulations, company policies, and operational procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries in collaboration with Scheduling and Customer Service teams, actively monitoring safety performance, addressing risks and incidents promptly, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands experience in transport, distribution, or logistics environments, a solid understanding of depot workflows and delivery pressures, and a demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and professional standards.
