Role: OpCon Workload Automation Administrator

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced OpCon Workload Automation Administrator with strong expertise in batch scheduling, workload automation, Unix shell scripting, AWS cloud technologies, and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience designing, configuring, managing, and supporting mission critical batch processing environments using OpCon Workload Automation while ensuring operational stability, monitoring, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, manage, and support OpCon Workload Automation environments.
- Create and maintain production batch workflows and job dependencies.
- Build, maintain, and execute 200+ production batch jobs using OpCon.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and support OpCon environments.
- Import and export job configurations across environments.
- Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve batch failures.
- Configure batch execution dashboards, monitoring, and automated alerting.
- Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for batch automation.
- Manage user accounts, security settings, and operational support activities.
- Perform SQL scripting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Support Azure DevOps incident tracking and knowledge base documentation.
- Create Splunk indexes and monitoring dashboards for batch execution.
- Generate and publish daily batch execution status reports.
- Perform root cause analysis and support production issue resolution.
- Participate in rotational and night shift support as required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of OpCon Workload Automation experience
- Experience with batch scheduling and workload automation

Education Requirement:
