Join our Oncology Team as a Nurse Practitioner, providing compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative and mission-driven environment. This role emphasizes health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, counseling, and working closely with a supervising physician within your full scope of practice.

About the Role
• Provide acute and chronic care following clinical standards
• Conduct assessments, gather patient data, and develop or adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families and offer guidance in person or by phone
• Document all encounters accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with providers and the care team to support safe, high-quality care
• Participate in quality improvement and maintain compliance with all regulations

• Follow Studer principles, including AIDET and daily huddles

Education & Experience
• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program
• Oncology nursing experience required
Licenses & Certifications
