Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree (Pharm D, MD/DO, PhD, PA, NP, or BSN with clinical experience) required.
• Minimum 2 years of MSL or similar therapeutic experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for scientific discussions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Skilled at navigating a matrix environment effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Establish credibility as a trusted scientific advisor to internal stakeholders and HCPs.
• Gather and communicate insights from diverse HCP segments to colleagues.
• Integrate scientific insights into business strategies and internal training.
• Craft compelling narratives summarizing research findings for various audiences.
• Foster collaboration with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Development teams.
• Facilitate sharing of clinical guidelines internally and externally for improved processes.
• Lead clinical trials, research activities, and specific projects as assigned.
• Mentor team members to enhance external relationship-building skills.
• Contribute to MSL training development and onboarding processes.
• Oversee MSLs' responsibilities for congress involvement and scientific data support.
