Join our Analytics & Innovation team as a Data Engineer, where you'll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data solutions that support critical healthcare analytics and decision-making. In this role, you will develop reliable real-time and batch data pipelines, create tools for monitoring and troubleshooting data workflows, and design data models that enable efficient access to enterprise data. Working closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams, you will provide both technical and functional support while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and database expertise with excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Experience supporting healthcare data environments, including Meditech or Epic SQL-based data repositories, is highly desirable.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with MEDITECH or EPIC programing and report writing.
  • Knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, BI Reporting, and the MEDITECH/EPIC Data Repository
  • Experience with PC hardware and software including Windows OS administration, file interchange, shared network resources, internet access and electronic mail.
