Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Staff Officer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee, plan, organize, and conduct a variety of administrative and staff functions to support organizational goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

Task Management

  • Act as the primary action officer for assigned tasks.

  • Coordinate and track tasks to ensure all requirements are met.

  • Ensure leadership reviews and approves all task responses.

  • Prepare and release task responses ahead of deadlines.

Executive Support

  • Summarize incoming materials, gathered information, and meeting content for executives.

  • Coordinate new information with relevant office sources.

  • Draw attention to important issues and initiate follow-up actions as directed.

Operational and Strategic Planning

  • Provide support for Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).

  • Assist with space planning and position management to achieve organizational goals.

Policy and Process Development

  • Independently perform a wide range of functions requiring vision and leadership.

  • Develop, explain, and implement policies and procedures as needed.

Required Clearance:

  • Must be a U.S Citizen

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
