Office Management / Staff Officer Support Location: Denver, CO (NGA Denver) Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI Clearance (CI Poly preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Regular Shift: Day Travel: Minimal Relocation Assistance: yes Position Overview Ennoble First is seeking an experienced Office Management / Staff Officer to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Denver Office. This position provides front office operations, executive support, distinguished visitor (DV) coordination, task management, and administrative support within a fast-paced mission environment. The successful candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable supporting senior leadership while coordinating across multiple organizations. This position requires flexibility, as the individual will learn and perform the duties of multiple office functions to provide coverage and operational continuity as needed. This position is contingent upon contract award. Primary Responsibilities 3 Coordinate internal site functions, providing support to working-level through high-ranking visitors and major events, and in the development and coordination planning for Distinguished Visitor (DV) tours and special events. 3 Manage, update, and revise visitor program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operational Instructions (OIs), and associated visitor processes. 3 Manage, update, and revise the documented visitor shadow program supporting Aerospace Data Facility-Colorado (ADF-C). 3 Collaborate with site mission partners, visitor program managers, and the site DV Support team regarding day-to-day visitors, strategic planning, major events, site-wide processes, governance documents, and visitor management tools. 3 Manage all aspects of Distinguished Visitor (DV) visits and tours of NGA-D spaces and the ADF-C facility, including coordinating agendas, conference rooms, briefings, tours, leadership notifications, and photographic or video opportunities. 3 Provide direct operational and administrative support to the NGA-D Front Office, including issuing parking passes, coordinating data transfer requests, supporting research efforts, ad hoc projects, and other administrative functions. 3 Perform tracking and management of internal and external taskers. 3 Generate and update spreadsheets and SharePoint sites, track deliverables, and ensure required documentation adheres to NGA guidance and policy. 3 Submit and track equipment, facility, management, workflow, and organizational realignment requests to support infrastructure management policies and procedures. 3 Work with stakeholders to develop project Concept Plans and Design Documents. 3 Learn multiple office functions and provide cross-functional support as operational requirements dictate. Required Qualifications 3 Bachelors degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Years of experience may be substituted for academic degrees using the following conversion: 2 years of experience = 1 year of school. 3 Demonstrated experience performing research, contributing to the preparation of analytical and technical reports, and maintaining hard-copy and electronic files. 3 Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining databases, summary data, and spreadsheets. 3 Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple organizations to address office-level requirements. 3 Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels. 3 Demonstrated experience utilizing standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and especially spreadsheets to effectively analyze and present data. 3 Demonstrated experience briefing senior leadership on priority issues. 3 Demonstrated experience managing physical space. 3 Demonstrated experience adhering to space planning and infrastructure management policies and procedures. 3 Demonstrated experience utilizing Agency-level tasker systems. Preferred Qualifications 3 Experience supporting National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) organizations. 3 Experience coordinating executive-level visits, Distinguished Visitor (DV) events, or protocol activities. 3 Experience supporting executive front office operations. 3 Experience with SharePoint administration and collaboration tools. 3 Experience supporting facilities, infrastructure, or office management functions within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense. Pay Range $80,000-$105,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
