The position we are looking to fill is an
Office Generalist with a focus on supporting our Payroll and Accounts Receivable departments.
As an Office Generalist, you will gain exposure to a payroll department, providing support to the hiring, pay period, and reporting processes. You will also gain exposure to the accounts receivable department and support the revenue recognition, data entry and reconciling processes.
Additional responsibilities of the Office Generalist are an expectation to efficiently perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assist in daily office needs, and assist in other projects as directed by the Office Manager. The Office Manager directs this position's activities. The expectation is to demonstrate an ability to support each of these department's activities and take on the responsibility for all entry level activities.

- Organized and able to parse larger projects into smaller tasks.
- Organized and maintains a work space and produces a work product that reflects this organization.
- Confident in written and verbal communication with employees of varying seniority levels.
- Able to manage their time and prioritize projects.
Candidates should be prepared to relate how their experience has prepared them for this position and demonstrate their abilities in an interview.
Compensation and work schedule is based upon a candidate's skill set.
It begins at $11.00 an hour, for 40 hours per week, during office hours Mon-Fri from 8am to 5pm. This may be expanded based upon a candidate's skills, interview or after a period of employment.
