What You9ll Do- Deliver skilled OT treatment under the plan of care set by your supervising OT, focused on ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, fine motor skills, and cognitive retraining
- Track resident progress and report changes or concerns to the supervising OT
- Train residents and families on home programs, adaptive strategies, and safe equipment use
- Support discharge planning alongside the interdisciplinary team
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
What You Need- Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Current BLS/CPR (AHA), or willingness to obtain
- Ability to safely assist with transfers, positioning, and lifting
