Home Health Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)**$60.00 / Per Hourly Visit - BOTH PRN & Full-Time**** Travel Time and Mileage Paid **** Looking to fill Northeastern side of San Antonio**Seeking OTA's to service Home Health clients in San Antonio and surrounding Areas.
What You'll Do:- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapist.
- Instruct patients and families in home programs, basic living skills, and care and use of adaptive equipment.
- Monitor patients' progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
- Maintain patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards.
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment.
- Contribute to patient care planning
Qualifications:- Current state licensure or certification as Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)
