What You'll Do As an Occupational Therapist, you will support children and individuals across the lifespan with medically complex, developmental, sensory, and behavioral needs-helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in clinic and school-based settings
- Maintain a 26-billable-hour weekly productivity target
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
- Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families and school teams
- Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations and progress notes
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and an interdisciplinary team
- Supervise COTAs with a monthly supervision stipend provided per COTA
What You Bring - Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
- Passion for pediatric and lifespan populations
- Ability to collaborate across clinic and school environments
