Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Harrison Heights, GA
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000!

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Impactful Care Delivery: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design customized, transformative treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each program participant.
  • Innovative Therapy: Administer cutting-edge occupational therapy programs, continually adapting and updating approaches to maximize participant outcomes and caseload efficiency.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Serve as a core member of our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, collaborating seamlessly with physicians, families, consultants, and community partners.
  • Mentorship & Supervision: Direct and inspire assigned staff and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs). You will play a key role in professional development, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Continuity of Care: Establish timely home exercise programs and conduct home evaluations to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success for participants.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain precise, timely documentation and weekly schedules in accordance with department standards, licensing requirements, and strict ethics of confidentiality.
What You Bring to the Team
Education & Experience
  • Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in human services.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of specialized experience in neuro-rehabilitation.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
  • Active Occupational Therapist License (OT/L) in good standing in the state of Georgia.
  • Active member in good standing with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to travel as needed to support participant home evaluations.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Physical Strength: This position involves heavy work requiring the exertion of up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds constantly to safely move objects and support participants.
