Job Title: Occupational Therapist

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each client's unique needs and goals.
• Design and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implement interventions that restore skills, foster independence, and improve quality of life.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support daily living and work.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers for ongoing progress and safety.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Keep documentation thorough and timely while celebrating client milestones.
• Grow your skills through ongoing education and professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure/certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A heart for service, empathy, and patience in supporting others.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Clinical experience preferred, but we welcome new graduates who share our mission.

Work Environment
You'll have opportunities to serve clients in our private practice clinics across southeastern Wisconsin as well as in select industrial settings, always with the support of a team that shares your passion for helping others.

What are the Compensation and Benefits?

The base salary for this full-time position is in the range of $72,000 - $90,000 per
year depending on experience and qualifications. There is a flexible earning system with
productivity bonuses available.

The clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-6p: No weekends. No major holidays! Flexible
scheduling to suit the needs of the candidate hired is available.
