Occupational Therapist at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center

The Occupational Therapist's duties will include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication, and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients, caregivers, and the community. The Occupational Therapist will foster a positive, professional relationship among interdisciplinary providers and intradepartmental staff. The Occupational Therapist works with interdisciplinary and ancillary healthcare providers to ensure optimal continuum of care. Performs all duties under general supervision.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Upon hire: OTAC membership
  • Experience delivering Rehabilitation Services in a variety of settings.
