Responsibilities
- Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training, to improve participation in daily activities, independence, and overall quality of life.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
- New graduates interested in Pediatrics are encouraged to apply
About
Compensation:$72K-90K + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume, average less than 12 patients per day, and 1:1 treatment model! 4 day option available. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
