What You'll Do:- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, physical, and functional needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that promote independence and participation in everyday activities.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary therapy team.
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care that improves outcomes for children.
- Complete documentation and participate in care planning and team collaboration.
Qualifications: Required:- Current Occupational Therapist license (or eligible for licensure) in North Carolina.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Preferred:- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience.
- Passion for helping children and families succeed.
