Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations preferred.
  • Ability to work in diverse settings including skilled nursing and outpatient services.
  • Knowledge of contemporary rehabilitation practices and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for patient interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed for patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapy goals.
  • Document patient progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Occupational Therapist / OTR - Full Time, Part Time, or PRN options!

Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) - a diverse setting with a wide range of treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care.


Job Type: Full Time, Part Time, or weekend Per-Diem
Setting: Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
Diverse CCRC Setting:  Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient
Location:
Pay: $48.00 - $60.00 per hour depending on status.

  • Large on-site therapy gym with FTF equipment
  • Separate satellite clinic for outpatient
  • 14’x42’ warm water therapy pool heated to 92 F
