Coverage Area: Vero Beach, FL / Indian River County
(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential- Pay-per-visit model: $65-$70 per visit + Medicare differential pay
- Average full-time earnings: $95K+ annually

Your Role as a Home Health Occupational Therapist- Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate

Qualifications• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
