We're currently seeking a
licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who is passionate about improving quality of life through personalized, in-home and community-based therapy.
What You'll Do- Provide occupational therapy services in clients' homes and senior living communities
- Complete initial evaluations and follow-up assessments, including fall-risk screenings
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Represent our organization at community wellness events and outreach programs
What We're Looking For- Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
- At least 1 year of clinical or home health experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Comfortable engaging in community outreach and presentations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
