HOURS OF WORK:
The stated hours of work are approximate as schedules are subject to change with the operational needs of the Health Centre. Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides OT assessment, intervention, education and discharge planning of referred clients in the areas of self-care, productivity and leisure. The OT practices in accordance with the Professional Standards of the College of Occupational Therapy of Ontario (COTO) and is a registered member of COTO.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Completion of a university degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized University or equivalent required.
  • Licensed to practice with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario required.
  • Related experience with Adult Rehab patients to include Neurology, Orthopaedic and Amputee
  • ADP Authorization for Wheelchairs an asset; must be prepared to become a registered ADP authorizer.
