Job DescriptionPosition: Occupational Therapist - Full Time. - Schedule: Flexible Schedule | No Travel Required
- Starting Pay: From $45.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
- $10,000 Sign On Bonus**
What You'll Do: - Provide individualized Occupational Therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment, program planning, and implementation.
- Supervise and direct Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to ensure effective execution of patient care plans.
- Communicate patient progress, needs, and goals with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Complete documentation accurately and timely to support billing and payroll requirements.
- Support residents in regaining function, independence, and quality of life.
What You'll Need: - Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida
- Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) therapy experience
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
