Position Summary
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Occupational Therapist - Inpatient, to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Boston location;

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols.
  • Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses
  • Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals
  • Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs
  • Instructing and educating patients/families
  • Arranging follow-up services as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of licensed OT experience required
  • Previous Pediatric OT experience highly preferred
Licensure/Certifications:
  • Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA
