Job Posting DescriptionPosition SummaryWe're looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Occupational Therapist - Inpatient, to join our team! This position is primarily based at our Boston location;
Key Responsibilities- Providing occupational therapy services to patients with physical dysfunction in accordance with established departmental and professional practice guidelines, standards and protocols.
- Performing evaluations, assigning occupational therapy diagnoses
- Developing and implementing patient treatment programs and goals
- Preparing discharge plans and home treatment programs
- Instructing and educating patients/families
- Arranging follow-up services as needed
Minimum QualificationsEducation:- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
Experience:- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of licensed OT experience required
- Previous Pediatric OT experience highly preferred
Licensure/Certifications:- Occupational Therapist license in the state of MA
