Qualifications- New Jersey Occupational Therapist License
- Medicare Billing and Documentation Experience
- Computer Literacy
- Team Player Mentality
- Liability Insurance
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns
Responsibilities- The Home Care Occupational Therapist will provide OT services to older adults within their home/community environment
- Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain communication with Coordinator to successfully schedule your patients in a timely manner
- Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner
- Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
