Job Summary
The position to which you are applying is represented by a collective bargaining unit, Massachusetts Nurses Association (MNA).

Schedule That Works for You
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling based on your assigned territory and patient needs
• Typical caseload of 5-6 patient visits per day
• Dedicated time for documentation, care coordination, and visit planning

Territories
We are hiring Occupational Therapists across Boston and surrounding communities, including:

Beantown Team: Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Boston, South End, North End, West End, Fenway, Financial District, China Town, Kenmore, Prudential, South Boston
Cambridge, Charlestown

Adams Team: This role will primarily serve patients in Quincy and Mattapan, with additional coverage across Avon, Braintree, Canton, Holbrook, Milton, Randolph, and Stoughton.

For clinicians traveling within Boston, city parking passes are available to help make travel between patient visits more convenient.

Qualifications
• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 2 years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as an Occupational Therapist
• Home care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in dynamic environments
• Comfortable with electronic documentation and mobile technology
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
