What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you'll play an essential role in helping patients maximize independence and quality of life by:

• Evaluating patients with cognitive, neurological, orthopedic, and ADL impairments
• Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Providing skilled occupational therapy interventions including:
  • ADL retraining
  • Therapeutic exercise
  • Therapeutic activities
  • Functional mobility training
  • Adaptive equipment instruction
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans to maximize outcomes
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nursing, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary rehab team
• Educating patients and caregivers for successful transitions home
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license (Required)
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Open to therapists of all experience levels
